Quality Test
Parts test:
Thunder Laser parts are 100% tested. Only parts that pass our stringent quality tests are allowed to be installed into our machines.
 (1) Laser tube and laser power supply test
 (2) Mechanical parts test
 (3) Gradient test
Adjustment during installation:
With the help of special instruments, we test and adjust the parts installed to make sure they are accurate and meet our quality control standards.
 (1)Parallelism and perpendicularity test for X-axis and Y-axis
 (2) Working area test
 (3) Synrad power meter test
Whole machine test:
After the machine has been assembled, our quality control department checks and tests the machine carefully and thoroughly.
 (1) Cut a square and measure its size
 (2) Laser beam perpendicularity test
Machine running:
After the machine passes the quality control check, we will run the machine for two days engraving, and for one day cut testing.
Thunder Laser tests every machine for two days engraving, and for one day cutting, to ensure there are no flaws with the machine before our customers receive it.
